The SOSA Awards were established in 2007 by Triple X Promotions to celebrate

 Southern Sudanese and other minorities in music, acting, sports and any other fields

of Entertainment. The awards are presented annually.

Lifetime Achievement & Humanitarian:

The SOSA AWARDS Lifetime Achievement and Humanitarian Award receipients, along with the nominees for

other categories are announced at SOSA Awards ceremony. At the awards ceremony a mini-documantary

is shown covering the honoree's life. The awards are given out separately. The SOSA Lifetime Achievement and

Humanitarian Award are given to any Southern Sudanese who is known fo his/her notable contributions to Southern
